NITROGEEZERS > Event Grand Marshal Barb Hamilton's famous '37 Willys CC/G racecar was on display thoughout NHRR, and participated in Cacklefest.
NITROGEEZERS > Nitrogeezer Rick Proctor was once again displaying the Miller & Gregory BB/A Fiat that held class records and took class the Nationals in 1966-67.
NITROGEEZERS > The Moody & Jones C/GS was one to be reckoned with at the Nationals during the 1962-65 timeframe.
NITROGEEZERS > Sculpted air intake and rear-deck spoiler stand out on the "newstalgia" Gassers in comparison to their historic counterparts. Suspension setup, ride height and extra-wide slicks are other giveaways. A nice looker though!
NITROGEEZERS > In contrast to the last photo, here's the real deal. We didn't get particulars on the great looking A/GS Willys appearing on Memory Lane at NHRR.
NITROGEEZERS > Meticulously reproduced and flawlessly finished by Nitrogeezer Don Ross, the Vance Hunt / Bobby Langley "Scorpion 1" once again dazzled NHRR attendees. Kenny Hirata stops by to visit.

NITROGEEZERS > Chrisman's Comet played a pivotal role in Funny Car history, setting the design precedent of a one piece fibreglass body shell attached to a full-race chassis with a blown nitro-burner.
NITROGEEZERS > Within a few years of Chrisman's Comet, cars like Ray Godman's "Tenessee Bo-Weevil" FC were the norm, with body mods to fit the wheelbase and reduce frontal area while still resembling the parent body style.
