NITROGEEZERS > Bill Caughron gets some nice air under his Anglia Geezer Gasser on his launch opposite Al Chernik's Willys.

NITROGEEZERS > NHRR stalwart Ron Doran in "Ferdinand" lives just a few miles from National Trails Raceway in nearby Petaskala, OH. He politely allows Floridian Larry McLendon a head start in this Geezer Gasser time trial.

NITROGEEZERS > Two cars from the East Coast Gasser group try out the track. Matt Zieminick in the blue Anglia and Tom Fritz in "Goin' Broke" meet again as they frequently do at group events.

NITROGEEZERS > Nitrogeezer and East Coast Gasser John Olcott spreads some tire-cleansing smoke from the restored Russo and Santo Gasser in preparation for a pass.

NITROGEEZERS > Olcott's unusual Willys 4-door lifts out of the starting beams on its time trial departure.

NITROGEEZERS > Another pair of East Coast Gassers is this duo in suede, Bob Darlington in the far lane and Ed Kuhn leaving the line smartly in the near lane.

NITROGEEZERS > A scene that might be from the 1960's finds Jim Kelly in the gorgeous "Joe's Garage" Willys and Nelson Bilyn in "Gone Berzerk" in a side-by-side start. Kelley races out of Okeana, OH while Bilyn's effort is based out of Mississauga, ON.

NITROGEEZERS > Tom Nowicki (Goshen, IN) demonstrates the weight transfer principle on his hard launching "Haulin' Ass" shoebox gasser. Gene Kubisty's Austin "Hombre" (Hudson, OH) almost looks intimidated by the display.
