NITROGEEZERS > "Pure Hell" is pure old-school fuel altered. High c/g, short wheelbase, aerodynamics of a brick, rip-snortin' nitro-motor.

NITROGEEZERS > Peter Broadribb is ever-closer to getting his resto of the historic Gene Moody World Champ Gasser in running shape. Car participated in the pre-Cacklefest parade of greats!

NITROGEEZERS > Jim Frye's "Olde Timer" was originally built in 1965 with an Ardun-head Flattie. Car was never raced.

NITROGEEZERS > Paint, chrome, etc. is all original....forty years old!

NITROGEEZERS > Nice, chromed, 392-hemi now between the engine mounts.

NITROGEEZERS > Steve Wood pulls into the staging lanes for Qualifying. He ended up as first alternate with a 7.04.

NITROGEEZERS > Gary Reinero couldn't coax better than a 7.51 out of his "happy face" Austin and DNQ'd.

NITROGEEZERS > Rich Roberts launches hard but a 7.41 best wasn't good enough to make the program.

NITROGEEZERS > Duane Grosart hammered his '55 shoebox to a 7.36, not good enough for the tough CHRR field.
